Grindhouse movie posters have a lot in common with the pulp novels of yesteryear. Lurid, colorful artwork. Sensationalistic titles and subject matter. That's why we thought it would be fun to re-imagine our favorite grindhouse movies as pulp novel covers.

First up is Abel Ferrara's 1981 "rape and revenge" saga follows Thana, a young deaf girl, as she exacts retribution on men after being assaulted twice in a day.
