Escape from the Bronx - Pulp Edition #5

Grindhouse movie posters have a lot in common with the pulp novels of yesteryear. Lurid, colorful artwork. Sensationalistic titles and subject matter. That's why we thought it would be fun to re-imagine our favorite grindhouse movies as pulp novel covers. 

"Escape From the Bronx", Enzo Castellari's 1983 follow-up to "1990: The Bronx Warriors" is a bit of a knockoff of "Escape from New York" just like his earlier film was a knockoff of "The Warriors". But hey, it has Fred Williamson, Henry Silva, and the illusive Mark Gregory as Trash.
