Atomic Rulers of the World t-shirt

Somehow I missed seeing this 1965 American release edited together from the first 2 "Starman" films imported from Japan.  I was all about Ultraman and Johnny Socko (aka Johnny Robot) so this would have been a natural fit.  Is it me or do some of the characters look like MST3K rejects? Graphic is approx. 14.5" x 14.5".
